Relationship Management Associate

Department: DTLA Office
Location: Los Angeles, CA

The main duties include, but are not limited to, the management of client relationships and sales/promotion of new products, services and technology within the Relationship Management, Payments Department. The Relationship Management, Payments Department is responsible for maintaining and building client relationships and promoting new products, services and technology for all Bankcard and ACH clients.

This position requires the candidate to work closely with the VP of Relationship Management, Payments. This position requires independent judgment, initiative and sensitivity to client needs. The successful candidate will have organization and analytical skills, and the ability to manage projects and complete all tasks timely.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS (Other Duties May Be Assigned)

  • Manage and develop client relationships for Payments Division
  • Promote and sell new products, services and technology
  • Manage client communications for the Payments Division including scheduled client calls
  • Independently conduct client visits
  • Manage the facilitation of due diligence packages for new and existing clients
  • Manage projects with VP of Relationship Management, Payments and EVP Chief Growth and Strategy Officer
  • Manage dashboard reporting and project plans for the department
  • Additional job duties as needed



Required: Minimum of three years’ experience in payments, relationship management or project management


  • Banking experience

  • Product/Technology

Knowledge of:

  • Payments processing
  • Project management
  • Payments products and technology


  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and nonverbal
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong investigative and analytical skills
